Each year the Small Business Administration (SBA) honors the small business firms judged to be "Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year" and "Small Business Subcontractor of the Year." Since 1967, awards commemorating this honor have been presented to the selected small business firms as a joint Government/industry project.
